SEIMILANO (IN PROGRESS)

SeiMilano is the city-garden by Mario Cucinella Architects designed to create an interconnected and sustainable urban ecosystem. The project, which involves the redevelopment of more than 300,000 sqm, will employ Nesite raised flooring throughout the entire commercial area of 30,000 sqm.

THE PROJECT.

SeiMilano is the result of the partnership between Borio Mangiarotti and Värde Partners to create a multifunctional neighborhood integrated with greenery, an urban regeneration project developed with advanced solutions in terms of techniques, products and technologies.

Only 12 stops from Piazza Duomo, SeiMilano is in fact pursuing the goal of converting the area into a unique and innovative place, a new neighborhood for residential, commercial and office use , set in an urban park of 160,000 square meters.

The complex will consist of 500 smart homes, 30,000 square meters of office space and 10,000 square meters of stores, whose construction and technological features will lead to Nzeb (Near Zero Energy Building) certification of the buildings .

WHY THE RAISED FLOOR

SeiMilano is a project of the highest design and manufacturing quality, involving the integration of Nesite raised floor in the entire commercial area, with a supply and installation of more than 25,000 square meters.

Specifically, the installation of the raised floor is due to factors inherent in the high standards of sustainability, paid for by the controlled and EPD-certified supply chain of the proposed solutions, as well as to the own characteristics of the system. Fundamental in fact is the security, thanks to the panels class A1 as fire reaction , and inspectability, which allows functional and always accessible plant management.

SUPPLY DETAILS

– 25,000 sqm: System composed of class A1 calcium sulfate panels, size 600×600 mm, thickness 30 mm, for loose-lay finishings.

– 1,000 sqm: system composed of calcium sulfate panels, size 600×600 mm, thickness 30 mm, with ceramic finishing.
