Nesite per la riqualifica dell’ex area richard ginori a milano

More than 30,000 square metres between the complex in Via Ludovico il Moro and Tower C in Viale Richard, completely redesigned while keeping the original structure intact. The 200 metres of white façade, the wrought iron windows and the restored historical inscription “Società ceramica Richard Ginori” pay homage to the industrial memory.

the project

A skyscraper lying on the Naviglio canal, Milan’s most famous factory replaces ceramics with creativity and becomes a laboratory of ideas and cross-cutting skills for about 35 large marketing and communication companies. Emblematic-to envision the breadth of the new citadel of talent-are undoubtedly the70 meeting rooms set up. The maxi open spaces, on the other hand, run along the original columns and can accommodate more than 2,000 employees.

The redevelopment of the former Richard Ginori area involved us in supplying the entire raised floor with different solutions, dictated both by the multiple uses of the spaces and the high standards of sustainability required by BREEAM certification.

Flexibility, quality of the production chain and use of certified and sustainable materials, Nesite thus meets values and principles behind the project, designed to reduce pollutant emissions and water and energy consumption, with the use of 100% renewable sources
