Restructuring an old factory and transform it into a cutting-edge production center: we talk about the new Farmalabor headquarters in Canosa, a Nesite Contract project in which the charm of the past coexists with the most modern technologies.

• Supply and installation of raised floor with natural oak upper covering in the directional area;

EXECUTION

01.RAISED FLOOR

In the laboratories area, the panels supplied are of the type PG3AMV60 with calcium sulphate core, 34 mm thick, with PVC upper covering.

Being chemical laboratories, the panel edge trim has undergone a special processing (Labfloor System) for the subsequent application of the seal that guarantee protection from risks of infiltration and, at the same time, allows the inspection of the underfloor plenum.

For the office area, the customer has chosen our PG3AMW60 calcium sulfate panel, 34 mm thick, with natural oak upper covering; The parquet has been specially dyed in order to resume the colors of the wooden elements of the environment.

02. CEILING

Here too, the ceilings had to satisfy specific hermetic characteristics for the laboratory area. As a consequence, was used a sealed ECO LAB panel, 600 x 600 mm, in pre painted white steel with pre-embossed springs and a special seal applied in the factory.

03. MOVABLE WALLS

The movable walls installed are composed of double glass (5 mm) for an acoustic reduction from 40 to 47 dB, and are completed by multiple solutions that allow the interposition of panels in wood or glass.

The wall, whether solid or glazed, allows for a significant improvement in the acoustic characteristics of the spaces in which it is inserted.

This type of wall has been designed to simplify assembly and inspection operations, making subsequent variations of the original configuration of the spaces extremely easy. A tailor – made aluminum profiles to connect the floor to the mobile wall, have also been made.

Special aluminium cove-formed profiles were also made to measure for the connection between the floor and the mobile wall.
