A functional, elegant, rational interior development: Kairos is the new proposal by Nesite, which brings together three elements – raised floors, glass walls and false ceilings – creating a single integrated system, capable of offering the optimal solution in the architectural modularity of the components right from the design phase.
THE SYSTEM
Kairos was born from the need to provide a technical answer to questions and conflicts that arise from the lack of symbiosis in the design of the elements that compose it. In fact, the system considers individual criticalities and provides a common solution, capable of eliminating situations of friction and, consequently, optimizing times and costs.
The integration of the Kairos system therefore designs the efficient and high-performance coexistence of three different systems which, when correlated, become complementary. The three elements, interconnected, thus create a system without contrasts, where walls, false ceilings and raised floors are highly customisable in terms of both performance and aesthetics.
Finally, the Kairos system proposes the essentiality of the profiles that allow concealed walls to be inserted into the floor and ceiling, removing the clutter of traditional wall profiles from view.
The integration of elements
GLASS WALLS
The glass walls of Kairos system represent an element of high aesthetic and comfort value, characterised by their concealed insertion in the floor and ceiling, provided by the special profiles that fit flush into the two components.
Single or double-glazed, the walls offer the possibility of switching from one solution to the other thanks to interchangeable profiles. They are made of laminated safety glass, 10 or 12 mm thick, with acoustic PVB for up to 47dB certified insulation.
They can be completed with sliding or hinged doors.
RAISED FLOORS
Il sistema Kairos nasce per integrarsi con il Kairos was conceived to be integrated into the raised floor, the optimal solution which offers all the advantages of the raised floor: modularity, flexibility, accessibility.
As alternative, a partially inspectable floor system such as Tetris Floor can be installed, characterised by the tongue-and-groove edge of the panels, which makes them quick and easy to install, as well as highly resistant.
Both systems are highly versatile in terms of aesthetics thanks to the wide range of finishes.
FALSE CEILINGS
The development of the system ends with the ceiling integration through a single profile, designed to incorporate the wall, but also the lighting and other possible accessories.
Kairos can be completed with any type of ceiling (fiber, metal, wood, plasterboard, etc.), where the bandraster structure makes it easy and practical to support any panel.
Various accessories available such as led lighting, ventilation systems, acoustic baffles, motorised roller blinds concealed in the bandraster.
RADIANT SYSTEMS
Kairos system can be supplemented by both underfloor and ceiling radiant systems, with high thermal efficiency solutions, for rapid response in terms of heating and cooling.
The walking surface offers the possibility of development with a fully or partially inspectable radiant floor, while the ceiling air conditioning can be developed with an active surface up to 90%.
