Blockline is the patented self-locking raised floor system, which fixes the placement of the panels on the structure. In the design premise, the desire to create a solution that lasts over time, able to counteract errors and intense surface stress, while preserving symmetry, flexibility and accessibility.

Features

Nesite’s Blockline system is distinguished by its column head gasket, designed with a patented hole-pin joint that increases the contact surface area, ensuring robustness and stability. The gasket is equipped with an anti-tear locking system which prevents displacement when panels are lifted, ensuring precise repositioning.

Made of thermoplastic material, the gasket is compatible with structures without stringers and/or with light, medium and heavy stringers.

BLOCKLINE PLUS version

The Blockline Plus version proposes an evolution of the system, directly related to the physical characteristics of the gasket; in fact, a panel with a bottom finishing in galvanized steel sheet is used, which allows the holes to be integrated with raised flaps (crews).
Together with the special shape of the pin, the crews further enhance the locking of the system, making it suitable even in earthquake-risk zones.

Applications

The Blockline system is the ideal solution in situations where there is continuous surface stress or frequent fitting, such as showrooms or commercial spaces with several users and frequent maintenance. In addition, the Blockline Plus version is recommended in seismic risk zones, as it significantly increases the stability of the floor.
