An integrated project between business and mobility, Hyde Park City is a state-of-the-art office complex developed by CBS International as an extension to the new Belgrade railway station. With an area of approximately 70,000 sqm of buildings and green areas, Hyde Park City will provide contemporary spaces designed according to modern building standards, including the installation of more than 15,000 sqm of Nesite raised floors.
The Hyde Park City project
Hyde Park City is a modern business park consisting of eight class-A office buildings, a combination of functionality and well-being. The complex is in fact centred on the life quality of its future users, hence the architecture at the service of people with the use of eco-sustainable techniques and materials, rooms with natural lighting immersed in the green interior park and a multifunctional area dedicated to various commercial activities.
The complex is then designed in symbiosis with urban mobility, directly connected to the infrastructure of the new railway station but also close to the highway – only 30 seconds from the E75 – Nikola Tesla Airport and the Port of Belgrade, which can be reached in about 15 minutes.
Hyde Park City thus offers an architectural and logistical context that is as usable locally as it is internationally, an asset perfectly in line with the development policies of a capital city with a strong identity.
NESITE RAISED FLOORS IN THE HEART OF BELGRADE
Hyde Park City project places Nesite raised floors in one of the largest complexes in Belgrade, conceived according to international standards in terms of architecture, comfort and services.
Specifically, Nesite’s solutions for Hyde Park City consist in the study and supply of over 15,000 sqm of raised floor of different types, primarily dictated by the destionation of use and plant dimensions. As such, the solutions devised are both accessible and partially accessible, and include:
• systems with chipboard core, a 38 mm thick, with an upper and lower covering in aluminium foil, prepared to receive any type of loose-lay finishing;
• systems with a chipboard core, 38 mm thick, with ceramic covering;
• partially accessible systems Tetris Floor, with a tongue-and-groove edge, a characteristic that determines their rapid installation and high resistance.
